Resident  Wandering ...

Whilst providing your clients with optimum freedom around the facility, there may be certain areas that would be unsafe for them to roam.

These products ensure the safety of your clients by immediately alerting staff if they try to exit the authorized areas.

We work with you to tailor the best solutions for your facility.

WatchMate is designed to protect a wandering resident from leaving a facility undetected and becoming lost or injured. This is particularly useful for residents with dementia, Alzheimer's, or those who have suffered a head injury.

At-risk residents wear a small watchlet bracelet on their wrist or ankle, and points of exit are discreetly secured by a monitor. When a resident approaches a door, WatchMate can activate a magnetic lock to temporarily lock the door or sound an alarm if the doorway is open.

The result is peace of mind for everyone—residents, their families and your staff—without restricting normal movement within your facility.

The elegant Watchlet resident bracelet is designed to look like a classic man's wrist watch, and is designed for comfort and practicality.  It straps easily to a resident's wrist or ankle, and is fully waterproof, so it can be worn during bathing. It is also shock resistant and built to withstand the rigorous use of even the most active resident.

Your can depend on the Watchlet too. An early low battery warning informs you automatically when the Watchlet's battery approaches the end of its useful life, giving your plenty of time to order a replacement.

The Watchlet carries a three year warranty and can be transferred from one resident to another.

If resident safety and the ability to allow access for staff members is required within your facility then installing a Keypad and Mag Lock offers the ideal solution.

At all times the door being monitored is locked, not allowing residents with dementia or other illnesses  an opportunity to leave the secured area. When the correct four digit code is ientered into the keypad the Mag Lock will release and allow access for that particular person.

In the event of a fire alarm activation the Mag Lock will release until the fire panel is reset, allowing   evacuation of residents.
