What is Help Call Personal Emergency Response Service?

Help Call is a Personal Emergency Response Service (PERS) that enables you to access help both in and around your home whenever you need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, simply by pressing a Help Button.

All you need to do is provide us with key information, such as a brief medical history along with a prioritized list of contacts whom we should call in case of an emergency.

Your privacy is fully guaranteed and the information you supply will only be used by our Monitoring Centre Operators to access relevant data when you call for help.

We offer a variety of services, from basic around the clock monitoring to Fall Detection and Check-In Service. The choice is yours and we can tailor a package to best suit your personal needs.

The Benefits of Help Call

  • The service allows you to live freely in your own home with peace of mind that help is available whenever you need it, night or day
  • Help is accessible at the touch of a button. Your Help Button, that can either be worn as a wrist strap or pendant, is fully waterproof so it will work even in the bath or shower
  • Help can also be summoned from the Base Unit by simply pressing the large red Emergency button
  • The Help Button works within an extensive range, so whether you are in the bathroom or the garden, your call for help will be answered
  • The Help Button can be used to accept incoming calls from your regular telephone simply by pressing it. It therefore reduces the risk of falling
  • Inactivity monitoring is an integral part of the service where failure to use the service for extended periods of time results in contact being made with you by our Monitoring Centre Operators to ensure everything is fine
  • The Base Unit features a loud speaker and microphone to allow hands-free, two-way voice contact between you and the Monitoring Centre Operator
