- The Help Button is an attractive Button that can either be worn on the wrist, like a watch, or as a pendant
- It is fully waterproof so it can be worn at all times, even in the bath or shower
- It works within an extensive range, so whether you are in the bathroom or basement within range it will work
- A second Help Button is also available should you need an extra one for your partner or someone else living in the same home as you
- The Help Button can also be pressed to accept an incoming call from your regular telephone. This allows you to take the call from anywhere within hearing range, therefore reducing the risk of falling

- The Fall Detector is a wireless sensor that can be easily clipped to your clothing or belt. It acts in the same way as a Help Button but automatically senses a fall and generates an emergency call to our Monitoring Centre without your intervention. The Fall Detector can also be used as a Help Button by pressing the blue button

- "Check-In" is a service where you receive a daily telephone call from us to ensure everything is fine. Our Check-In Service calls are placed at pre set times, according to your wishes, therefore giving you and your loved ones added piece of mind. If you cannot be contacted on the first call, we will call one hour later. If we cannot make contact the second time, an emergency contact will be called to notify them of the situation
- "Check-In" is a separate service and is not reliant on purchasing 24 hour monitoring

- The Lock Box is a convenient and secure place to hold your door key should one of your Emergency Contacts or the Emergency Services need access to your home. You simply select your 4-digit combination code and advise only your chosen Contacts(s) and Help Call. Your code will only be used in an emergency call situation to ensure no damage to your home upon entry
- The Lock Box can either be hung around your door handle or wall mounted near the door, and prevents any damage to your windows or door should someone need to gain entry to your home following an emergency call
